  Join me for a fun creative week of ARTventures!  
AGES: 8-14       TIME: 9-4pm

Total: $420/child/camp 
 CAMP DATES: July  13-17  / August  10-14     
Location: Art Inspires Me Studio (46 Harmer Dr., Newcastle)
Limited spots, only 5 participants per camp session!

Once I receive the completed registration form and e-transfer,  I will send you a confirmation email. 

PLEASE NOTE: All fees are non-refundable and no make-up classes due to student absence, illness, or for any other reason and cannot be prorated or credited for missed classes or carried over to following sessions.

JULY 13-17,  -  CAMP

MONDAY - Mini Day: Everything is mini, students will make an art studio diorama and mini acrylic paintings.

TUESDAY – Graffiti Day: Students will learn how to draw graffiti style, make a hydro dip hat and design their own pencil case.

WEDNESDAY – Claymation: Students will learn about Claymation, creating a short story board, design a small set, character and make a small video.

THURSDAY – Drawing and more – Students will finish their Claymation projects in the morning and in the afternoon, we will be drawing different styles like: K-Pop, Hello Kitty, dragons and more! 

FRIDAY – FRIENDSHIP PARTY!  Students will make jewellery or keychains, inspirational affirmation cards, glow in the dark painting and eat popcorn while watching the Claymation videos the students created.

AUGUST 10-14,  -  CAMP IS FULL!

MONDAY - Mini Day: Everything is mini, students will make a campsite diorama and mini acrylic paintings.

TUESDAY – Graffiti Day: Students will learn how to draw graffiti style, make a hydro dip hat and design their own pencil case.

WEDNESDAY – Claymation: Students will learn about Claymation, creating a short story board, design a small set, character and make a small video.

THURSDAY – Mixed Media and more – Students will finish their Claymation projects in the morning and in the afternoon, we will be using different mediums creating art with watercolours, collage and more!

FRIDAY – FRIENDSHIP PARTY!  Students will make jewellery or keychains, inspirational affirmation cards, glow in the dark painting and eat popcorn while watching the Claymation videos the students created.

What will my child receive:

Behaviour and Expectations:

Every child deserves a safe, supported and inclusive space in the art studio.  I ask all participants to be respectful, follow instructions, use materials respectfully and treat everyone with kindness.  Any unsafe or disruptive behaviour such as throwing materials, bothering others, not listening to the instructor and not being safe, will result in the parent or guardian to be called to pick up their child.  Thanks for respecting the studio and keeping it a fun and creative space for all.

​9-9:20am - drop off and art games

9:20-10:30am – ART

10:30-10:45am – Snack

10:45-11:50am – ART

11:50-12:20pm – Lunch

12:20-1:20pm – ART & movement outdoors with a cool treat (weather pending)

1:20-2:30pm – ART

2:30-2:45pm – Snack

2:45-3:45pm – ART

3:45-4pm – Sketchbook reflection time and home time

Please bring:

• Comfortable clothing & shoes

• A hat and sunscreen

• Refillable water bottle

• Two peanut- & nut-free snacks each day

• A peanut- and nut-free lunch each day

NOTE:  Please have your child wear clothing that is allowed to get dirty or stained.
